Art will be displayed in celebration of Pride month and made available for sale to the public
(unless requested otherwise), with no commissions taken.

pride month kickoff on May 28th! (Art dropoff is currently TBD)

Art Drop-off: May 31st, 4 PM -6 PM at Moonshot
(Alternate drop-off times by special arrangement.)
Art Display: June 1st- 30th, Moonshot’s regular business hours
Art Pick-up: TBD
Sales & Commissions
- Art will be sold by Moonshot Brewing unless requested otherwise by the artist.
- No commissions will be collected by Moonshot Brewing or AFMC.
*Credit card sales through Moonshot incur a 3% processing fee.
- Art purchased can be taken at the time of purchase.
- Pieces not for sale may be submitted and will be marked NFS (not for sale.)

All are encouraged to mark their participation through their social media channels. Please include your current channels so we can follow and cross-promote.

Rules, Submissions, & Process
Open to all ages! Parents will need to register for their children.
Open to both LGBTQIA+ and Ally Artists.
It does not have to be “Pride Themed” - this is also a celebration of artists and their work.
The artwork must be the artist's original work. No displaying other people’s art.
All artworks must be ready to hang / ready to present upon arrival.
Artwork must be "acceptable for the general public"; Nudity and other sensitive matters may be acceptable - pieces will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Artists may submit up to 3 pieces. 2D & 3D art will be accepted.
Artists are responsible for drop-off and pick-up. No mailed entries will be accepted.
Moonshot Brewery and AFMC are not liable for damage to their artwork.
Submissions will be reviewed & approved by the Love Loud committee. Please note - not all submissions may be accepted based on space & other factors.
Please include with each submission its title & description, including medium and size.
Please include a clear photo of each piece submitted. This helps us review and track your items.
